A successful investor himself since a young age; Xerxes has purchased and sold many residential and commercial properties in NYC over the years. Specializing in commercial and residential real estate as well as investment properties, Xerxes is an expert in the areas of investment value, construction, permits and contract negotiations.

Born and raised in Queens and Brooklyn, Xerxes holds a BA in Communications from St. John's University. He began his career in the corporate world, which he left for the food industry. After 10 years of owning, running and investing in restaurants, he began a new chapter by turning to the one thing that always gave him a return on investment and financial security - real estate. According to him, it was the best decision he ever made!
